When to go

The months April/May and September/October are the most pleasant times, climatically, to visit Monaco.

Summer; the months June to August, can be very hot, and the whole area is overrun with tourists.

The best time to go is in the autumn as the temperatures are still nice to go to the beach, the colors of the landscape are magnificent and it is easy to turn up and find a hotel. Car-racing fans will probably want to be here either in January for the Monte Carlo Rally or May for the Formula One Grand Prix.
